Payment Policies

Booking via website: payment required online by credit card with instant debit.

Cancellation Policy

- Within 3 days of the visit date, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- Less than 3 days from the visit date, the total booking amount will be charged.

One child up to 7 years old are free of charge

Small and medium-sized pets are welcome at Ulmo Winery.

Rules of Conduct and No Smoking

Guests are required to refrain from any behavior that may disturb other guests. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas; there are no smoking rooms. Any violation of the smoking ban will result in a €300.00 penalty.

Correspondence

By making a reservation, you agree to receive (i) one or more emails prior to your arrival date, containing a booking confirmation and, where applicable, information about your destination and various suggestions and offers (including from third parties, if you have provided consent) related to your booking and destination, and (ii) an email after your stay inviting you to rate Sciaranuova Vineyards.
